| Distribution system connects most closely with users in the grid. Wide coverage and complex topology lead to higher failure probability than in the supply network. Subject to technical and economic factors, to achieve distribution automation still need to go through a long process. However, the existing level of technology has seriously hampered the efficiency of the fault emergency repair, reducing the reliability of power supply, direct damage to the interests of users. Therefore, power supply enterprises need to seek new perspectives, new methods to enhance the quality of the distribution network fault repair. This paper focuses on improving the quality of fault repair, Lean Six Sigma is applied in Yunnan Power Grid Company distribution network fault repair service which explains the various Lean Six Sigma analysis tools used in the analysis phase, summing up the waste and inadequate exist in distribution network fault repair, and analyzing the main cause of the problem in-depth. For practical problems, Lean Six Sigma improvement tools are used for optimizing the entire process for a reasonably, and introduce the implementation in detail.Through a comprehensive upgrade of the distribution network fault repair business, establishing a lean Six Sigma to pull repair processes, to control all aspects of quality which is of lean thinking, realizing closed-loop management, sustainable improvement in fault repair mode. There is obvious effect of lean, making improvements on repair efficiency, customer satisfaction and core competitiveness of enterprises and achieves a sustainable development. |
