| As 5G communication enters the stage of large-scale application,enabling intelligent distribution networks with 5G technology has accelerated the transformation and upgrading of intelligent distribution networks,providing new development prospects for distribution automation,differential protection,accurate fault location,high-precision phasor measurement,power consumption information collection,and intelligent mobile inspection.Currently,5G communication can solve the application difficulties of wireless communication technology in intelligent distribution networks,and plays an important role in improving the efficiency of distribution network monitoring and management,meeting the demands of massive adjustable load access and real-time supply and demand interaction,and reducing carbon emissions.It can achieve the development goals of"reliable,economic,efficient,intelligent,and low-carbon" in intelligent distribution networks.Therefore,in order to comprehensively and objectively understand the improvement of the overall operation effect of the intelligent distribution network brought by the 5G communication network,and ensure the development of the intelligent distribution network,it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the 5G+intelligent distribution network,which has significant guiding significance for the large-scale application of the 5G communication in the intelligent distribution network in the future.This article first analyzes the technical characteristics of intelligent distribution network services,analyzes and studies the demand for 5G communication from intelligent distribution network services,as well as the mechanism of emerging technologies and services generated after the application of 5G communication in intelligent distribution networks.It also analyzes the impact of 5G communication on the large-scale application of intelligent distribution networks from five aspects:reliability,economy,efficiency,intelligence,and low-carbon,laying the foundation for the multi-dimensional comprehensive evaluation of 5G+intelligent distribution networks in the following text.Then,on the basis of multi-dimensional comprehensive analysis of 5G+intelligent distribution networks,it is considered to construct a comprehensive evaluation system of 5G+intelligent distribution networks from five dimensions:reliable operation,economic operation,efficient interaction,technical intelligence,and green and low-carbon.The construction principles,ideas,and basis of the indicator system are clarified,the multidimensional comprehensive evaluation indicators of 5G+intelligent distribution networks are interpreted,and the calculation formula for the multidimensional comprehensive evaluation indicators of 5G+intelligent distribution networks is given.Finally,this paper introduces the principle of variance minimization and proposes a combined weighting method based on improved FAHP-EWM to calculate comprehensive weights,which can weaken the ambiguity and uncertainty of subjective index weights and improve objectivity.Considering the impact of uncertainties in distribution network nodes,equipment status,and other information on the evaluation results,a comprehensive evaluation model for 5G+intelligent distribution networks based on cloud models is proposed and verified by numerical examples.The analysis results show that the new technology application effect and distribution network operation of the 5G intelligent distribution network construction project are good,verifying the effectiveness and rationality of the proposed evaluation method,and providing a certain guidance for the large-scale application of 5G communication technology in intelligent distribution networks. |
