| The construction industry has been playing an important role in China’s development process,especially in promoting economic,social,urban construction and other aspects,at the same time,there are also some negative effects.It is mainly reflected in the legal rights and interests of employees,project quality,project production safety,energy consumption,environmental pollution and other aspects.J construction company as an important wide construction companies also these problems more or less,and the company for a long time and is not a perfect corporate social responsibility management system,and enterprise management and staff are existence of corporate social responsibility consciousness,at the same time from corporate social responsibility for corporate management still exist seriously insufficient,corporate social responsibility performance does not reach the designated position,and many other questions.For example,the legitimate rights and interests of workers can not be guaranteed,there is no labor contract;Engineering quality does not meet the standard,jerry-built;Enterprises lack the awareness of environmental protection,construction waste non-compliance treatment,construction sound pollution and other problems have seriously affected the normal work and life of residents,and the dust generated in the process of operation,aggravating the air pollution problem.Based on the existing problems of J Construction Company,the author carried out a study on its corporate social responsibility system.This article from the perspective of stakeholders clearly the whole domain associated with the company development,through the questionnaire survey for J company corporate social responsibility status data,by analyzing the questionnaire data and combined with years of working experience in J construction companies come to J building company specific problems of the corporate social responsibility at this stage.Based on the above results,this paper chooses to study the corporate social responsibility system of J Construction Company from the perspective of the responsibility of all stakeholders.Combined with the analysis results of the current actual situation of the company and based on the theory of sustainable development,this paper proposes the improvement strategies and relevant safeguard measures for J Construction Company’s social responsibility.On the one hand,this study can provide support for J Construction Company to build a healthy corporate image and lay a foundation for longterm sustainable development of the company.On the other hand,it can provide reference value for the construction and improvement of the social responsibility system of similar construction enterprises. |
