With the rapid development of railway informatization construction,train operation performance data can be effectively recorded and saved.Discovering laws from the data and constructing models has become an inevitable trend for delay research.In addition,the visual analysis of train delays combined with the actual performance data and the visual display of the results are of great practical significance for assisting dispatch decision-making.Based on the actual performance of Dutch railway trains,this thesis analyzes the delay situation of the Amsterdam Central Station-Utrecht Central Station(Asd-Ut)line,and builds a delay visualization system to comprehensively display the results of the delay analysis.The research work is as follows:1.Summarize the current research status of domestic and international railway train delays,and summarize them from traditional research methods and data-driven research methods.This article summarizes the related delay indicators of railway trains and the basic situation of the Dutch railway network,and lays the foundation for the subsequent analysis.2.Based on the actual train operation performance,extract the train running delay records by time period and between districts,and clean and process the data to summarize the delay characteristics.Then,using data-driven methods such as statistical methods and machine learning to establish delay distribution models in different time periods and different intervals,and explore the spatial and temporal distribution of train delays.3.Perform statistical analysis on the delay recovery indicators of stations and sections(delay recovery time,number of delayed recovery trains,buffer time,buffer time utilization,etc.),construct a delay recovery matrix,and explore the mechanism of delay recovery.Then,based on the delay recovery mechanism,a delay recovery model is constructed,and the expected time of delay is reduced by reallocating the buffer time,thereby achieving the goal of delay recovery.Finally,the Ashd-Ut section of the Dutch main railway section is taken as an example to carry out a specific analysis.The results show that the buffer time after the redistribution model is reassigned,compared with the original buffer time of the station,the expected delay time in the section is reduced12.57%,indicating that the allocation of buffer time is reasonable.4.Based on Tableau,a comprehensive visual display is made on the delay situation in stations and sections,which provides some auxiliary support for the work of dispatchers and relevant staff.On this basis,a delay visualization system is built,which provides the relevant research ideas for the comprehensive visualization of the delay situation.
