With the rapid development of Chinese civil aviation industry,flight delays have been more serious.Once a flight delay occurs,it is not only a one-time effect,but also affects subsequent flights through the flight chain,and even spreads to the entire air transportation network,causing large-scale flight delays.Therefore,the control of flight delays is particularly important.This paper starts from the advance control of flight delays,a flight plan optimization model is established,and the soft backup capacity is reasonably allocated in flight time and ground time,which improves the normal rate of flights,the on-time rate of departure,and the robustness of flight trains.In order to make airlines cope with flight delays better,this article starts with the control of flight delays,tracks the transit airport and departure time of each flight in the flight chain,and uses a weighted Markov chain to predict the transit airport’s delay in that time period.According to the delay status of the airport at the station,combined with the delay of the previous flight segment to make corresponding delay warnings for the subsequent flight segments;finally,this paper constructs a flight recovery model with the minimum sum of direct and indirect losses of the airline as the objective function,and A corresponding algorithm was designed to solve the model.Taking the actual flight delay situation as an example,the result proved that the loss caused by the delay to the company was greatly reduced.The research in this article helps airlines optimize flight schedules,and when flight delays occur,they can help airlines predict the impact of delays on subsequent flights,and then restore the normality of the aviation network at the lowest cost.Increasing the regular rate of flights and controlling operating costs provide a solution for reference. |
