Delay Detonator Of Precision Interval Series Design

In order to meet the need of explosion engineering development it is necessary to develop a kind of equal interval delay detonator which is high accuracy delay time, more segments, low cost and easy produce especially when foreign countries carried out technique monopoly and blockade. In this article we make some structure changes to nomial delay detonator, change one segment to two segments. The first segment is igniting delay element which improves the combustion stability of main delay element and guarantees the accuracy delay time; the second segment is main delay element which guarantees delay time. This kind of structure changes open type of combustion to closeness which overcomes the weakness of low accuracy delay time.From test we determined delay element structure and producing process and did some changes to electric detonator and transmission detonator. We also did test for different segment, results showed this kind of structure has characteristic of performance stability, high accuracy delay time and reliable delay time.
