Policy Research On Promoting The Innovation Capability Of New Energy Vehicle Industry

In the 21 st century,with the development of the world economy,the energy crisis and environmental pollution have become two major problems in the development of the world today.The advent of new energy vehicles,characterized by clean energy,sustainable development and high technology,will bring good news to the development of all countries in the world.The Chinese government attaches great importance to the development of new energy automotive industry,a large number of policies to support the initial success of the landing,but compared with developed countries there is not a small gap,the development of new energy automotive industry faces many obstacles to innovation: the core technology with a large gap between the international level;The standard system construction still needs to be perfected;the mode of sustainable development of infrastructure construction is not clear;the policy-driven market effect is obvious.Therefore,it is of great theoretical significance and application value to study how to promote the innovation capability of new energy vehicles industry,explore the mechanism of innovation policy on innovation capability,and propose how to further adjust and improve the existing innovation policies of new energy automotive industry.Through combing and analyzing the theory and literature related to industrial innovation and public policy,combined with the innovation obstacles in the development of new energy automotive industry,this study establishes the influencing factors model of innovation capability of new energy automotive industry,and on the basis of this,through the questionnaire analysis and verification model And research hypotheses,we combine the innovation theory,policy theory and the influencing factors model of innovation ability to construct the mechanism model of innovation policy,and systematically analyze the mechanism of innovation policy on innovation ability.The comprehensive innovation ability influence factor analysis and the innovation policy function mechanism,proposed four kinds of policy recommendations to enhance the new energy automobile industry ability.The research shows that: innovation intention,innovation resources,innovation network and innovation environment all have positive effects on the improvement of innovation ability.On this basis,it studies the path of innovation policy to innovation capability,and further elaborates the transmission mechanism of policy goal of innovation policy based on the influencing factors of the four major innovation capabilities,which provides a rich foundation for the formulation of policy recommendations.Finally,this paper puts forward some policy recommendations to promote innovation ability of new energy automobile industry from four aspects:cultivating innovation intention,integrating innovation resources,building innovation network and optimizing innovation environment,further enriching and perfecting the innovation of the existing new energy automobile industry Policy and industrial development theory.
