In recent years, the urbanization process has accelerated rapidly, leading to the continuous loss of urban population and the problem of aging. The development of township health centers was affected. On the one hand, township medical institutions are unevenly distributed and service coverage is low.On the other hand, some township health centers have problems of reduced patient visits, idle functions of related departments and chaos within the hospital. It is necessary to explore methods that can meet patients’ medical needs and facility planning and building planning. The research results of this paper include two parts: First, analyze the planning layout and the current status of buildings. The planning layout takes Mingguang City,Changzhou City,China as a case study, and takes the Nanka River secondary medical circle in Ishikawa County,Japan and Kanazawa City as examples.Use Arc GIS to analyze the distribution characteristics and accessibility of medical institutions in 4 regions.Secondly, further analysis of the township hospital planning plan.Through the analysis of 99 township health centers in Changzhou and using Arc GIS analysis, the service radius of township health centers at all levels was determined.Combined with the construction status of township health centers in China, the status quo of buildings was analyzed, and the construction scale and departmental functions of township health centers were rationally analyzed.Taking the 4township hospitals in Changzhou as the research object, through the collection of data and the internal function information of the building, etc.,to obtain the functional settings and location relationships of various departments.Contrast and analyze the differences between the current status of the hospital and the original design, and study and analyze the problems that the hospital’s functional settings do not match the patient’s needs and the actual space is not evenly distributed. At the same time, taking the four regional medical support hospitals in the second-tier medical circle in Japan as an example, the advantages and disadvantages are analyzed by comparing the construction scale, function settings and area indicators of the two.The second is architectural planning research. The scope of this article applies to medical institutions, such as township health centers, but not to specific buildings. Therefore,in the fourth chapter, according to the research methods and steps of architectural planning, combined with the research results of the second and third chapters, the research was carried out from the aspects of determining planning objectives, data collection and analysis.,Location, size and function.Planning strategies discuss planning methods.Provide a reference for the architectural planning of township health centers. The main conclusion of this article is: By comparing the gap between the balance and accessibility of the medical institutions in China and Japan, three methods for measuring the service radius of township hospitals are proposed.Conduct a field survey and analysis of the gap between township hospitals in areas with reduced population in China and regional support hospitals in Japan.Other methods are used to analyze and summarize the design points of functional settings, area ratios and locations. The relationship between the various departments of township hospitals.Based on the above qualitative and quantitative analysis, from the perspective of scale planning, functional planning and site selection planning,it provides theoretical guidance and reference basis for the planning method of township health centers.
