Study On Planning Layout And Architectural Design Of Rural Regional Medical Health Center

Against the backdrop of public service equalization and hierarchical diagnosis implementation,township health centers are faced with many problems under the entire medical facility system,such as the hospital’s own positioning as well as function and hospital scale.However,Yangzhou City took the lead in selecting 18 township health centers with good selfdevelopment and reasonable layout for the construction of rural regional medical health centers and achieved good results.Jiangsu Province plans to build 200 rural regional medical health centers within the whole province and popularize this mode.Its significance lies in centralizing and integrating the regional superior resources to enhance grass-roots service capacity and promote the system construction of the hierarchical diagnosis.As the regional medical institution,the rural regional medical health center needs to be considered from the perspective of the overall regional layout;according to the differences between the standards and the status quo of township health centers,it is found that the case-based architectural design research is lacking.This thesis takes central Jiangsu as an example for researching the planning layout and architectural design strategy of the rural regional medical centers.Firstly,it is the planning layout,in which the status quo of medical facility planning layout is analyzed,including spatial distribution and density,service distance,and accessibility,the analysis results therefrom have practical significance for further research on architectural design.Secondly,it is the architectural design,which selects nine township health centers with good development on the planning list of rural regional medical health centers in central Jiangsu(Nantong city,Yangzhou city and Taizhou city)to carry on the analysis.On the basis of field interview and investigation,the current situation is analyzed from the aspects of site layout and building form,function setting,area proportion,space environment.Lastly,the planning layout and the architectural design strategy are studied from the aspects of planning layout and location,site layout,hospital scale,function,space environment,etc.The main conclusions of this thesis include: proposing the strategies such as regional medical treatment network construction,rational service zone and radius,equalized and rational site distribution,as well as location selection from the perspective of planning on the basis of planning layout and site selection;proposing the delicacy bed number computation and appropriate building scale strategy on the basis of hospital scale;proposing the strategies such as rational setting of streamline and partition,overall planning and stage construction on the basis of the site layout;proposing the strategies such as differentiation function configuration,function appropriateness design,function elasticity design,function’s composite design on the basis of building functions;proposing the strategies such as safety,comfort and identifiability on the basis of space environment.The strategy research on the rural regional medical health centers from planning layout to architectural design can provide certain reference to the future construction of rural regional medical health centers.
