Study On Space Modularity Of Township Hospitals Based On Prefabricated Concrete Structure

As we all know,our country is still a big country of agriculture and population.To improve the level of medical and health care,we must start from the bottom up.Only when medical services in rural areas are truly developed can the level of public health care in China be truly improved.In the 1970 s,to effectively improve the basic rural health service level of our country,and promote the rural areas and a three-level network of medical treatment,in this network system,the function of towns and townships is very important,whether reasonable and stable development of towns and townships is directly related to the development of the rural medical treatment level.In recent years,under the national policy promote the execution of the construction of towns and townships levels,medical facilities and services are promoted,but our country region development not balanced,part developed area economy developing rapidly,the development of the institutes is faster,in some economically underdeveloped areas and poor areas,hospitals still faces many problems,such as the quality and safety not guaranteed,extreme waste of energy resources,lack of consideration for the long-term development planning and the lack of local characteristics,etc.The development of the towns and townships,prefabricated construction technology in China is becoming more and more mature.With the vigorous promotion of prefabricated buildings,the advantages of prefabricated buildings are increasingly valued and cited.Factory prefabrication site installation construction method can not only shorten the cycle,but also can ensure the construction quality,construction environment improvement,prefabricated construction requirements of the modular space design can meet the renewal and the development of towns and townships in the future.Under such conditions,it is of great significance to solve the problems of township health centers by using prefabricated buildings in the future.This paper analyzes the current construction scale,planar layout,main functional housing composition,infrastructure and other key points of township health centers through field research on four township health centers of different sizes and relevant literature construction standards,and summarizes the existing problems and future development trend of township health centers,as well as some problems that can be solved by using prefabricated concrete structures.Based on the current research of prefabricated concrete structure construction,put forward the use of prefabricated construction methods to solve some problems such as construction quality,the general layout planning,etc.,to explore the suitable promotion system of prefabricated concrete structure,analysis of prefabricated concrete structure design,the application of system in towns and townships to fuse both properties.Is needed to realize the construction of prefabricated construction standardization of implementation of each module design,therefore on the basis of the existing construction standards,further to the grading system in towns and townships building,divided into high repetition rate general applicable to the main medical function space module assembly unit,on the standardized design,then its orderly organic combination.It will provide reference basis for the future construction design of township health centers,improve the construction quality of township health centers,promote the development of health centers,and improve the quality of medical treatment of township health centers.
