Research On Comprehensive Evaluation Of Township Health Center Building In Severe Cold Regions

At present,the medical system of villages and towns in our country is in the stage of stable development.With the support and promotion of the state's primary health care system in rural areas,township health centers are also building and developing as an important part of the system.However,due to the limitation of geographical location and economic factors,there are still some key problems,such as inadequate construction,old facilities and backward technology,which are more prominent in severe cold regions.How to scientifically and effectively excavate the restrictive factors that affect its development and promote the construction and development of township health centers is the important start of this article.Comprehensive evaluation is a good way to study the specific performance of various factors under the influence of multiple factors.At present,the evaluation of township hospitals is mostly concentrated in the field of social medical and public health management,and the evaluation focuses on health services,medical management,performance evaluation and so on.There are relatively few evaluation studies in the field of architecture,and less for the severe cold areas.In addition,the development of medical model in foreign and foreign villages and towns decides the "ineffective" of the application of foreign related evaluation system in the construction evaluation of township health centers in China.Therefore,as one of the key reform contents of the new medical reform,it is of great significance to study the comprehensive evaluation of the buildings in the township health centers in the severe cold areas.This paper is mainly divided into four parts in the study of the comprehensive evaluation of the building of township health center in the severe cold areas.First of all,we need to think deeply about this research topic,through the reading of all kinds of related documents and materials,take the severe cold region,township hospitals,comprehensive evaluation as the breakthrough points,define their basic concepts,research scope and research methods.Combined with the interpretation of the research status at home and abroad,we dig out the connotation of evaluation for township hospitals in cold areas,namely,basic health service capabilities,emergency response capabilities and climate adaptability.Secondly,we should further study the concept of comprehensive evaluation,and lay a theoretical foundation for the comprehensive evaluation of township health centers in late cold areas by sorting out and analyzing the methods and systems used in all links.This paper summarizes and analyzes the theoretical basis of building comprehensive evaluation and the current national policies and regulations,and from the perspective of architecture,discusses the three connotations of comprehensive evaluation of township health centers in cold regions.Once again,through the arrangement and analysis of the research content of the township health centers in the cold areas to formulate a good research plan.From the three aspects of basic health service capacity,emergency capacity and climate adaptation,We launched a field survey of the overall planning,architectural design and construction technology of township hospitals in cold areas,analyzed the survey data,summarized the current problems,and provided practical basis for the extraction of index factors.Finally,on the basis of previous studies,we set up a comprehensive evaluation index system for the township hospitals in the frigid regions,determine the weights of indicators,and establish an evaluation model.In the new period,the new development of medical and health care at the grass-roots level will inevitably bring about new needs for construction.The basis for the evaluation of basic health service ability in research,and put forward to evaluate the emergency response capacity and ability to adapt to the cold climate,in to meet the new demands of development at the same time,to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the analysis,find out the restrictive factors,which is theoretical and practical significance to the construction and development of township health center in cold area.
