| OBL company is a high-tech manufacturing enterprise.Relying on the regional development advantages of Shenfu New District,the company has a clear future development plan.As a traditional old industrial base,Liaoning Province has experienced severe population aging and labor loss in recent years.If you want to get rid of the problems of high mobility and low quality of personnel that are common in small and medium-sized enterprises,it is true that enterprises can grow from large to strong.To ensure market competitiveness and improve economic efficiency,it is necessary to attract more high-quality talented needed by high-tech enterprises on the basis of stabilizing existing talents and employees.Recruiting talents with the attractiveness of salaries and retaining talents with high salary satisfaction has become particularly important.This paper studies the literature on salary and salary satisfaction at home and abroad,combines fairness theory,two-factor theory,etc.,understands the salary structure of OBL company through on-site interviews,and investigates the salary satisfaction of OBL company employees by means of questionnaires.Using SPSS 26.0 statistical software to verify the reliability and validity of the questionnaire,the research found that employees with higher education and more important job responsibilities have higher salary satisfaction,but high-level capable employees are more likely to be disturbed by the external environment,Leading to a decline in their satisfaction with the company’s salary;compared with new employees,old employees who are already familiar with the company’s reasonable salary structure and system execution have higher salary satisfaction;personal fairness satisfaction is more subjective,and employees are subjective feeling too much pressure at work will lead to a decrease in personal fairness satisfaction.Based on the above conclusions,combined with the current OBL company’s operating conditions,it proposes ways of constructing a corporate environment,reasonably setting posts with quantitative assessment,paying attention to employee mental health and implementing dynamic salary management to improve OBL company’s employee salary satisfaction. |
