Nowadays,the demand for the high-speed railway is increasingly strong because of its large transportation capacity,high speed,good safety,small impact on the environment,high punctuality rate,comfort and convenience,good economic benefits.The coverage rate of the high-speed railways is bound to expanded in the future.In the new era,the requirements for high-speed railway are more comprehensive,and high-speed railway plays an important role in meeting the needs of traffic development.In order to conform to the concept of green development,the rationality of the high-speed railway route selection project considering environmental impact is particularly essential,which can also give full play to promote the social and economic development of the region along the railway line.On the basis of summarizing the relevant research on the green railway and green route selection,this paper not only expand its concrete meaning,but also proposal the technical development,procedures and relevant protective measures and strategy of high-speed railway construction.According to the investigation of literature and analysis of the impact of the high-speed railway,a comprehensive evaluation model of high-speed railway route selection considering environment impact has been established which combined the natural geographical environment,regional economic benefits,social development status and other factors along the railway.It can also be verified by a reasonable engineering example.Firstly,it summarizes the background and significance of environmental route selection of high-speed railway in coastal areas in the new era and new requirements.On the basis of green route selection,combined with the natural geographical environment and social characteristics of humanity in coastal areas,and then analyzes the negative impact and positive role of high-speed railway construction on the environment along the line,puts up the design requirements of environmental route selection and corresponding environmental protection measures.Additionally,according to the previous study and the construction principle of multi-objective comprehensive evaluation index system,the optimized comprehensive index system of high-speed railway route selection has been established,which apply AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)to determine the index weight.Grey correlation and TOPSIS method were combined to establish the comprehensive evaluation system based on the improved TOPSIS method with grey correlation.Finally,a practical engineering projects is selected to be evaluated based on the above steps and methods.The relative closeness value of three environmental route selection and final comprehensive evaluation value under different criteria levels has been obtained.The calculation result shows great consistence between data result and the decision-unit,which verifies the feasibility and rationality of the method and has guiding significance for the environmental route selection of high-speed railway in the coastal regions.Through the data analysis,it can be seen that even though the technical and economic evaluation values of the recommended scheme is not the best,it has the advantages of good protection of the natural environment and resources,driving the economy along the line,meeting the high demand for the passengers,filling the gap of the road network and other social and economic benefits.
