The theme of environmental protection is the focus of attention all over the world.In the new line design of the high speed railway project,the use of a more natural and friendly evaluation method for environmental evaluation and program selection,will undoubtedly become the railway construction in the cause of environmental protection on the road ahead of a solid stepping stone.However,up to now,it has not been able to put forward an accepted and universal evaluation model to solve this problem.The importance of this field is worth continuing efforts,in-depth study.That paper,from the characteristics of present high speed railway design with considering the main pollution type of future construction process,improved the original evaluation method of gray relational analysis,which is more suitable for optimization problems in environmental evaluation:First of all,a large number of relevant literature are reviewed and analyzed,based on the characteristics of the construction of high-speed railway and the research on the environmental impact,the evaluation system based on the environmental protection is put forward.The system is composed of 8 specific indicators of the 11 aspects,including energy consumption and carbon emissions of the two indicators.Secondly,the entropy weight coefficient method is used to judge the relative weight of the index.Taking into account the characteristics of environmental evaluation itself,the entropy weight coefficient method,based on the theory of two-dimensional interval number theory,improved its valuation formula.Thirdly,based on the gray correlation method and the theory of interval number,the gray relational analysis model based on interval number of two variables is constructed.The calculation result of the model is the gray relational degree of two interval number,and then the optimal scheme is evaluated according to the theory of interval number ranking.The model has the advantages of simple form and strong operability.Finally,taking the new Datong to Zhangjiajie passenger dedicated line selection in the design of large crossing Liangshan schemecomparison case as an example,the evaluation results and recommendations of the original decision of the construction unit agreement.The model is proved to be scientific and practical.
