With the increasingly fierce market competition,the most important measure for enterprises to stand firm and improve their competitiveness is to shorten the product life cycle and improve production efficiency.Two important factors that directly affect the production efficiency and life cycle are the reasonable arrangement of the equipment in the production workshop and the unobstructed degree of the assembly line.Therefore,this paper takes the assembly line of Marine diesel engine as the research object,the unreasonableness of the process allocation is found through the simulation analysis of the existing production line,then the improved ant colony algorithm is used to optimize it.First of all,analyze the workstation and dividing process according to the field production data acquisition,and explain the necessity of system simulation,then clear research direction of the main factors restricting the production efficiency and the target direction of the subject research.Hereafter,combined with the production status of the factory,this problem is attributed to the second type of assembly line balance problem,that is,to reduce the production beat as much as possible while ensuring the number of workstations is constant.Secondly,this paper decided to adopt the QUEST simulation platform with strong analytical and reporting capabilities after analyzing several common simulation platforms.A simplified workshop twin model was established by mapping the collected field data to QUEST,and the simulation report was output in the form of report and chart after preheating and simulation,afterthat various system parameters were analyzed.Finally,according to the assembly characteristics of the research object,the existing ant colony algorithm is improved appropriately,and a new method of process allocation is obtained by redefining the set of optional processes,optimizing the selection and allocation process.And in accordance with the simulation results of simulation platform output after optimization and system parameters,and optimization of data comparison shows that the assembly line of the workstation working condition,the product quantity,production rhythm,balance ratio and smoothness index have a certain degree of improvement under this scheme,and then improve the efficiency of the assembly,indirectly reduce the cost. |
