Compared with the electric motor,the diesel engine has the advantages of strong power and long service life.Therefore,it is widely used in heavy-duty vehicles,ships and other fields.With the continuous growth of market demand,most diesel engine manufacturers are facing problems,such as insufficient production,high cost and so on.This thesis takes the diesel engine workshop of W enterprise as the research object.The bottleneck process of cylinder block production line is optimized by using the analysis method of modeling and simulation.In view of the logistics confusion in workshop layout,a new facility layout scheme is proposed by combining genetic algorithm with SLP method.Using Grey Relational degree method to select the best workshop layout scheme,so as to reduce the logistics cost in the workshop,improve production efficiency.The specific research contents are as follows:First of all,through the actual investigation,we collect and sort out the parameters such as the technological process of the cylinder block,the logistics route of the workshop,the processing time and failure rate of the equipment.In order to prepare for the later simulation of the cylinder block production line and the workshop layout planning of the diesel engine.Secondly,based on the processing technology of the cylinder block and the processing time parameters of each process.The cylinder production line of the diesel engine workshop is modeled and simulated by using plant simulation software.It is concluded that the output of the cylinder block in 30 days is 4589,and there is a big gap between the output of the cylinder block and the actual demand.In order to meet the production demand.The machining process of the surrounding hole is optimized by adding new parallel equipment,and the production efficiency of the production line is greatly improved.Compared with the operation data of the equipment before and after optimization.It is found that the working time of most equipment has increased by 15%to 25%.Indicating that the optimization of the cylinder block production line is effective.At the same time,the floor area of the cylinder production line is 3600m~2,which is the basic data of the overall layout of the workshop.Then,the two initial layout schemes obtained by using the traditional SLP method are subjective,so an improved SLP method is proposed.According to the actual situation of the diesel engine workshop.A mathematical model is constructed with objective functions and constraints,and the improved layout scheme is solved by genetic algorithm,which is 13.91%better than that of the initial layout scheme 1 and9.48%better than that of scheme 2.The effectiveness of the improved method is preliminarily verified.Finally,based on six kinds of evaluation indexes,a set of comprehensive evaluation index system for diesel engine workshop is designed.By means of the combination of subjective and objective,the comprehensive weight of the evaluation index is calculated by entropy weight method and analytic hierarchy process(AHP).The layout scheme before and after the improvement is analyzed according to the grey correlation degree method,and the correlation value between the improved scheme and the workshop is 0.868,which is better than the two initial layout schemes and further verifies the effectiveness of the improved method.
