| With the rapid development of economy,automobile has become an indispensable means of transportation in people’s life.In recent years,a large number of companies have flooded into the automobile industry,and consumers have more and more kinds of products to choose,which prompts automobile enterprises to think about how to improve product quality while material prices and production costs rise,so as to better achieve cost reduction and efficiency increase.As the engine is the "heart" of the automobile and the automobile engine production process needs to use a large number of parts and various kinds,the assembly process plays a key role in improving the product quality and production efficiency of the engine,so the automobile engine manufacturing enterprises must strengthen the optimization of the assembly line,in order to enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises.F Company is an automobile engine manufacturing company,facing a large capacity gap.In order to solve the problems in assembly production and improve assembly efficiency while ensuring product quality,this paper took the assembly line of its most representative product EG engine as the research object,found out the problems and put forward the corresponding optimization scheme based on the traditional industrial engineering method and simulation technology.Firstly,through field investigation and collection of workshop production data,this paper analyzed the current situation of EG engine assembly line,and found the problems such as unbalanced production workstation,unreasonable layout and low on-site management level.Secondly,according to the specific problems,the corresponding optimization scheme was put forward and implemented.In the production workstation,the bottleneck workstation was reasonably optimized by using "5W1H","ECRS" and the principle of motion economy,etc.The third kind of equilibrium model was established for the assembly line,and the genetic simulated annealing algorithm was applied to minimize the number of workstations.In terms of layout,Flexsim software was used to simulate the assembly line layout,and it was proposed to combine the original two straight assembly lines into a U-shaped assembly line,which could not only improve the space utilization efficiency of the workshop,but also enhance the coherence of the assembly process.In the field management,the original 5S management,equipment maintenance management,assembly error prevention were improved.Finally,safeguard measures were proposed for the optimization of production workstation,layout and site management respectively to ensure the smooth development of the optimization work of EG assembly line of F Company.The optimized EG engine assembly line of F Company had effectively improved the assembly efficiency,which can not only provide reference for the optimization of other assembly lines of the company,but also provide reference for similar manufacturing enterprises to solve similar problems. |
