| Due to the rapid development of China’s economy,China’s construction industry is also advancing.The proposal and development of BIM technology have promoted the transformation and upgrading of the traditional construction industry.At present,the integration of design and construction is developing rapidly with the support of China’s policies,but there are still many problems in the development process.When designing a project,each major usually conducts the design work of this major separately.Information cannot be transmitted in a timely manner,which may easily lead to design collisions between majors.Inefficient analysis and inspection of drawings are difficult to find and coordinate huge design materials The defects,omissions,and errors in the design process make it difficult to deepen the design work.The design errors are frequently found during the construction phase,resulting in frequent design changes during the construction phase,which seriously affects the progress and quality of the project;The limitation of information integration under the integration of design and construction has led to the design and construction not being able to cooperate well and restricting the improvement of work efficiency.Apply BIM technology to integrated design and construction projects,establish an integrated BIM model for design and construction,promote the extension of BIM technology application from the design stage to the construction stage,and provide technology for effective communication and information sharing between the parties in the design and construction stage Means to achieve information integration and collaborative management of engineering projects.This article is based on BIM theory and related software,comprehensively using a variety of scientific research methods to carry out research work,specifically did the following research content: First,through literature analysis and summary of engineering practice survey,collaborative management organization structure and BIM of integrated design and construction projects The team composition is studied,and the depth,functional requirements and establishment process of the integrated design and construction BIM model are proposed to provide a basis for the establishment and application of the integrated design and construction BIM model in the later stage of the project.Secondly,it proposes design model establishment and inspection methods,comparative analysis of traditional two-dimensional deepening and three-dimensional deepening based on BIM technology,research on the design process and deepening design method of multi-specialized construction deepening models,and BIM technology to solve pipeline synthesis and support Carry out detailed deepening plan design and research on the major and difficult points such as layout and related civil construction deepening,and carry out simulation analysis and optimization of the construction deepening design model,so that the construction plan can safely guide the construction.Thirdly,the model checking and finishing methods and the construction limitation of the deepening design model were analyzed,and the multi-disciplinary collaborative processing flow and mechanism were studied.Furthermore,the delivery standard of the integrated design and construction BIM model is proposed,and the application process and method of the coordinated management of the progress,quality and cost of the integrated design and construction BIM model in the construction phase are analyzed and studied.Finally,the integrated modeling method based on BIM technology in building design and construction was applied to practical cases to verify the feasibility and correctness of the research results.Through research,we can know that the integrated design and construction modeling method based on BIM technology can effectively improve the ability to find errors in advance in the construction process of the building,reduce design changes,thus speed up the construction schedule and reduce construction rework;at the same time realize the design and construction phase Efficient message exchange and collaborative cooperation make BIM technology truly exert its advantages in engineering application,and truly realize the integration of design and construction under the general contract management mode.By integrating the design and construction integrated BIM model with engineering management elements such as time,cost,and quality,an integrated management application of engineering project management can be realized. |
