Abstract/Summary:
With the continuous progress of China’s industrial development,the demand for BIM is increasing for the increasingly complex engineering environment.The mechanical and electrical pipeline installation is an important construction link in the construction engineering,but often because of its complex pipeline cross operation,as well as the lack of space and other problems,there are frequent rework,low efficiency and so on.How to install the mechanical and electrical pipelines efficiently,quickly,safely and accurately is an urgent engineering problem in the existing construction technology.Based on this,changing the traditional design and construction mode of electromechanical engineering projects with numerous and complex pipelines is the embodiment of BIM era.The modular construction method of mechanical and electrical pipeline based on BIM Technology arises at the historic moment,that is,through the establishment of the integrated model of mechanical and electrical pipeline design and construction,the two stages of design and construction in the engineering project stage are integrated,and the information sharing and cooperation of all participants are improved by the cooperation of multi-disciplinary deepening design.At the same time,combined with the support modular prefabrication construction application technology,the pipeline comprehensive installation is carried out to optimize the traditional construction method,so as to achieve the purpose of accurate material information data,modular prefabrication of pipe segment,standardization of integrated assembly and optimization of general control management.Based on BIM software and BIM modeling,this paper studies the modular construction application method of electromechanical pipeline engineering [1].This paper discusses the research background of electromechanical pipeline synthesis and the research status at home and abroad,and analyzes its advantages and disadvantages.Then,according to the literature cases and actual engineering cases,the paper discusses the establishment,parameterization and collaborative deepening methods of the electromechanical pipeline integration model,and carries out modular disassembly and standardized integration of the established electromechanical pipeline design and construction integration model.At the same time,it carries out restriction analysis,collision detection,information interaction and so on for the pipelines and supports and hangers in the modular design of the system model,Through the characteristics of BIM information integrated management,digital prefabrication,on-site construction and assembly of modular model are carried out to improve work efficiency and reduce construction conflicts caused by design problems.Based on the project of advanced manufacturing experiment participated by the author,this paper takes BIM Technology as an example to cooperate with all participants,and applies the theory and method system of modular design,information construction and industrial management of electromechanical pipeline engineering design and construction integration model to it,and verifies the feasibility of its design method.Through the research of modular construction method of mechanical and electrical pipeline engineering,the flexibility of project application technology is increased,the trouble of engineering change caused by the complexity of engineering pipeline is solved,the communication of all participants is strengthened,and the efficiency of engineering construction is greatly improved.
