| With the continuous progress of urbanization,the construction industry is r ising.The construction industry has a wide variety of engineering and large qu antities of engineering,and the construction project needs to be involved in ma ny ways.Therefore,the information exchange between the various major and t he participants is particularly important.The traditional architectural design met hod has such problems as low production efficiency,high error rate and unsmo oth exchange of information.There are many problems in the quality managem ent of the traditional construction management mode,such as the unqualified q uality of the engineering construction and the rework of the site construction,s uch as the unreasonable schedule arrangement and the process conflict,the cost control,the inaccurate cost control and the fuzzy information based on the inf ormation fuzzy.All above are common problems and urgent problems in constr uction projects.The development of BIM technology gives us effective help to solve the above problems.Based on the application of BIM technology at home and abroad and the problems in the process of building construction,the main purpose and content s of the research are presented.The main contents of the article are as follows:introduce the basic theoretical knowledge of BIM technology,and the advanta ges and disadvantages of BIM technology.In view of the main problems occur ring in the actual engineering construction process,the feasibility and applicabil ity of BIM technology application are put forward.The application advantages of BIM technology in collaborative design are analyzed in detail,providing effi cient and convenient communication and cooperation platform for designers and participants.The visual simulation of BIM technology to help designers impro ve the design quality check network.This paper discusses the main problems in traditional construction management mode,and points out the main advantage s of BIM technology in solving these problems.Combined with practical appli cation cases,we further study and analyze the application of BIM technology i n quality management,schedule control and cost control.Finally,combined wit h the application of BIM technology in Sino German Eco Park construction pr oject,the superiority of BIM technology application is analyzed.The BIM mod el covers the whole life cycle information of the construction project,which re alizes the digitalization of the building engineering information,the visualizatio n of the building model,the simulation and Simulation of the construction pro cess.Finally,the practicality of BIM technology in housing construction is sum marized,and the future development of BIM technology is prospected. |
