Chongqing "Zengjiayan-Niujiaotuo Station" Delicacy Urban Design In Essential Riverside Area

In recent years,the improvement work of the "two rivers and four banks" in Chongqing’s main urban area has focused on planning guidelines and overall urban design,focusing on the linear riverside shoreline style renovation of Binjiang Road and its inner and outer sides as a space carrier.The work lacks depth study of special problems also lacks the research practice of using the important part of the riverside as the key point to link its radiating areas.At the same time,urban development has shifted from rapid expansion of incremental development to stock optimization that emphasizes connotation mining.Urban space is becoming increasingly tight,and complex urban spaces need to be improved in quality and efficiency.In the context of "optimization of stock" and "urban microscopy",in order to make intensive and precise allocation of urban space resources,to maximize the value of urban space,refined urban design has become an inevitable trend.In this design practice,the essential riverside area of "Zengjiayan Station-Niujiaotuo Station" is selected as the object,and the " special topic-special project-special tool " mentality of refined urban design is used to cut into the "comprehensive benefits" of transportation nodes in this area.Based on this,carry out basic research and special research,build a hierarchical structure model of the "comprehensive benefits" of traffic nodes assigned with weights and spatial influence factors,and propose “benefit growth spaces” in connection with the space use evaluation of node spaces.Based on the discussion above,exploring a spatial design strategy and method for improving the "comprehensive benefits" of traffic nodes in "Zengjiayan Station-Niujiaotuo Station" essential riverside areas,completing the refined urban design practice in this area.Design research is carried out according to the "found the problem-analyse the problem-solve the problem":"Found the problem" is the first chapter of this article: Introduce the origin of design research,design goals and meanings,basic concepts,design objects,content and depth."Analyse the problem" is the second,third,and fourth chapters of this article:Based on the key issues found in the survey,carry out urban design and refined urban design,urban design of urban riverside(water)sections,traffic nodes and their comprehensive benefits based on the basic research of “special topic-special projectspecial tool” urban design ideas to carry out “thematic discovery” —focusing on the traffic nodes in the important riverside areas of “Zengjiayan Station-Niujiaotuo Station”and research findings analysis of key issues,summarize the key issues in this area,carry out space boundary modification,node space type and design analysis,correlation analysis of comprehensive benefits and spatial impact factors,and design “selective analysis” of space usage evaluation of selected node space based on special analysis a space design strategy for improving the “comprehensive benefits” of dedicated transportation nodes is proposed."Solve the problem " is chapter 5 of this article: Based on the previous research,complete thedelicacy urban design of the important riverside area of "Zengjiayan Station-Niujiaotuo Station".Present the urban design performance map,general plan,land use analysis map,and space use analysis map,transportation system analysis maps,urban design guidelines,etc.The last part is the conclusion of this article: Introduce the main results and conclusions,innovations,deficiencies and thinking prospects of this article.
