| The article studies the design of Chahasu railway special line.On the premise that government of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and Hebei provincial government reached a preliminary intention for energy cooperation,Chahasu railway special line construction,as the supporting project for foreign-oriented transportation of coal mine,can greatly reduce the cost of coal transportation,and improve the continuity and stability of coal,which can to some extent promote the economic development of Hebei province.The article includes the following aspects.Firstly,we conduct the study of Chahasu mine railway special line direction and rail conjunction plan according to surrounding railway transportation network,road network planning and actual transportation condition of the region.Through the coMParison of railway transportation solution for middle,south and north region,we conclude the mature solution is to go north along Baoxi(Baotou-Xi’an)Railway line and then choose Jingbao(Beijing-Baotou)Railway line.Based on this,we choose Xinjie station(ie.midway railway station of Baoxi Railway)as the link-up point,and make a further coMParison of link-up plan of railway line for Xinjie station,and then determine to adopt the south throat link-up plan.Moreover,we give an overall consideration of the short-and long-term planning of railway line planning and transport capacity,specify the distribution of station along the railway line,including renovation of Xinjie station,newly building of loading station of mineral zone,and reservation of Cuijialiang Station,and give the suggestions for traffic organization and transportation management mode.Then,we will conduct research and analysis,and produce design of plane and vertical section,rail,roadbed,bridge,tunnel and four electrical engineering projects behind the station,including design standards,technical specifications,design content and engineering quantity etc.Finally,we know Chahasu coal railway special line access will affect the transport capacity of Xinjie station in operation,so it is necessary to propose the extension plan for link-up station in consideration of transportation nature,special line cargo flow,operation quantity and special line management mode of the link-up station.Since the construction project will involve the construction of existing railway lines,the article describes the transition plan and precautions for the construction of Xinjie station.Through the research of Chahasu coal railway special line,we clearly set out the problems needed to be paid attention in the route selection and project design,and sum up the construction safety measures and considerations for the reconstruction of railway of link-up station. |
