| C company was founded in 1956,is a typical state-owned machinery manufacturing enterprise.The company produces industrial pumps,the main products are: single screw pump,twin screw pump,three screw pump,centrifugal pump,gear pump,etc.There are more than 2000 kinds of pumps,and the production mode is typical multi-variety and small batch type.The company’s operation management relies on the ERP system,and the production is mostly produced on an order basis.In rare cases,there are sales forecasts and pre-investment situations.In recent years,because C’s inventory has remained high for many years,it not only occupies a large storage space but also occupies a large amount of corporate liquidity.In order to improve the economic efficiency of enterprises,it is necessary to carry out inventory analysis and optimization of inventory materials to improve the company’s inventory management level.Based on the product characteristics of Company C,this paper analyzes the problems of high inventory total and lack of sluggish product processing in the inventory management.Since the material stored in the company’s semi-finished product warehouse accounts for a large proportion of the total inventory materials,and it plays a key role in the processing mode of the pre-order workshop and the response speed of the subsequent product assembly,this paper deliberately selects the representative semi-finished product materials of the company for data.sort out.The paper analyzes the inventory problem of the enterprise and uses the ABC classification method to divide the inventory into three categories of ABC.Due to the outstanding problem of the sluggish goods,the sluggish goods in the inventory were separately classified into D categories,and the cause of the sluggish goods was analyzed,and the corresponding sluggish goods disposal method was designed.For the remaining materials,the classification of A,B and C is carried out.For their respective characteristics,Class A materials are controlled by quantitative ordering.In principle,there must be no out-of-order inventory;Class B materials adopt continuous inventory replenishment mode to reset safety stock.;Class C materials are large in quantity,occupying a small amount,and adopting regular replenishment methods for control.Through the research of inventory classification management,we can find out a feasible inventory management optimization scheme for C company,help C company achieve the goal of cost control,effectively reduce inventory.At the same time,this study can also provide reference for other similar industries or enterprises to optimize inventory management. |
