Research On Improvement Strategy Of Emergency Rescue System For Highway Traffic Accidents In H Province

With the continuous growth of highway mileage,the vigorous development of freight logistics industry and the people’s need for fast and efficient travel,the traffic flow of expressway is increasing year by year.In order to ensure the personal and property safety of the public when passing through the expressway,the emergency rescue ability of expressway has become an important part of the future construction of expressway.The expressway operation management and emergency rescue system of H Province It has been initially built,but the system is not yet mature,and the emergency rescue capacity of traffic accidents needs to be evaluated.After the occurrence of traffic accidents on expressways,the casualties are often very large,which has a negative impact on social stability.Therefore,it is urgent to evaluate the emergency rescue system of highway in H Province and give the improvement strategy.This paper selects the key indicators from the emergency rescue system of highway traffic accidents in H Province and establishes an evaluation system,which covers the whole process from prevention to recovery of the emergency rescue system.By empowering the evaluation indexes at all levels,the experts from all parties involved in emergency rescue are organized to improve the evaluation indexes Qualitative and quantitative scoring was conducted to calculate and analyze the effect of emergency rescue system of highway in H Province from emergency prevention process,emergency preparation process,emergency response process to accident recovery process.According to the evaluation results,this paper analyzes the key problems that need to be optimized and improved in the emergency rescue system of highway in H Province.By benchmarking the practices of advanced provinces in the field of emergency rescue in China and drawing on the latest research on the optimization of emergency rescue system at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the improvement strategies for the emergency rescue system of highway traffic accidents in H Province: led by governments at all levels,and cooperated by the office In order to optimize the existing emergency rescue system of H Province,we should establish a comprehensive linkage command center to conduct unified command and dispatch of emergency rescue work at different levels.By improving scientific and reasonable emergency rescue plans,we should constantly improve the professional quality of all participants.Relying on the development trend of "smart transportation" in the future,we should make full use of Internet and other technologies to improve the materials and equipment of emergency rescue team,so as to optimize the existing emergency rescue system of H Province,Make it a modern management system with smooth operation,quick response and proper disposal.
