With the acceleration of urban construction,rail transit has shown explosive growth in recent years.Provincial capitals or important cities in most regions of China have opened one or more urban rail transit lines,including subways or light rails,as urban rails.Urban rail transit trains,the main carrier of transportation operations,are already familiar to the general public.The focus of urban rail transit operating companies is gradually shifting from urban rail transit construction to operation and maintenance.As an indispensable carrier in the operation of rail transit,rail trains have become the top priority of various urban rail transit operating companies.First of all,a good quality management method for subway vehicle maintenance is of great significance to reducing vehicle maintenance costs,and is conducive to the improvement of the economic and social benefits of subway operating companies.This article starts from the basic theories of quality and quality management,expounds the concepts of quality,quality management,subway vehicle maintenance,and discusses the current status of subway vehicle maintenance quality management and the current status of the research object of this article.Secondly,from the perspective of quality management,this article uses actual data from Chengdu Metro Line 4 as support,using questionnaires,diagrams,flowcharts,Six Sigma theory and other methods to analyze the existing work process,rules and regulations,train Utilization rate,failure rate,failure recurrence rate and other data,it is concluded that in the existing subway car maintenance management,one is the maintenance management process is chaotic,the quality management is not systematic,and the second is the existence of human,material and other resources in the maintenance process.The waste situation,the third is that there are obvious differences in skill level among maintenance personnel,and the enthusiasm for active learning is not high,and the fourth is the lack of clear division of labor and the lack of full-time quality management personnel,which causes the quality of maintenance to decline.Subsequently,using the fishbone diagram,from the five main factors affecting product quality in the total quality management theory,namely,maintenance personnel,equipment,materials,operating environment,information communication and other multi-angle analysis,determine the reasons for the decline in maintenance quality.Finally,quality management needs to be combined with actual production.First,it can combine quality management with employee performance,prompting employees to attach importance to quality management and actively join the ranks of quality management;second,quality management can be integrated into process flow and vehicle maintenance mode can be optimized,So that the quality of the work process can be controlled;third,the earlier the newly established department clarifies the quality management organization structure,the more beneficial it is to production. |
