Research On Quality Management Of Harmony-type High-power Locomotive Maintenance

With the development of heavy-duty locomotive technology in China,the traditional locomotive maintenance mode has been difficult to adapt to the needs of the new locomotive,and it is more suitable for the repair of the harmonious high-power locomotive C1-C6.Xi’an harmony-type high-power locomotive maintenance depot is one of the “five depots two companies” of the road network harmonious locomotive maintenance base.It mainly undertakes the task of repairing the harmonious electric locomotives C4 and C5 in the northwest region.With the revision of the repair process,the section begins to be accurately repaired.Data maintenance has changed,but the number of models has also increased from HXD3 to HXD1,2,3D,3C and other multi-type locomotives.How to improve the quality of locomotive maintenance has become a problem worth exploring.However,the repaired repair bases that have been completed and used are different from each other.Only the theoretical level can be used to explore the compatibility of multiple models,but there is no specific practical guidance.Therefore,this paper intends to combine the actual situation of the Xi’an locomotive maintenance section,and draw on the existing model to explore a set of quality management practices that integrate multiple models to improve the quality of the harmonious locomotive maintenance section.This paper takes Xi’an harmony-type high-power locomotive maintenance depot locomotive maintenance quality management as the main research object,discusses the theoretical methods related to quality management and the characteristics of locomotive maintenance quality,and points out the management theories such as principles,attributes,requirements and customer requirements that the locomotive maintenance follows.Firstly,the implementation process and quality management status of the locomotive maintenance project of Xi’an harmony-type high-power locomotive maintenance depot are expounded,and the status quo of harmonious high-power locomotive maintenance quality management is deeply analyzed,it deeply analyzes the status quo of human resource management,maintenance equipment management and involved in the quality management of locomotive maintenance since the official operation of Xi’an harmony-type high-power locomotive maintenance depot since 2015.The status quo of maintenance equipment management and maintenance technology management was analyzed to find out the specific problems that emerged during the quality management of locomotive maintenance.Secondly,following the relevant principles and principles of quality management,the corresponding improvement suggestions and safeguard measures for the quality management of Xi’an harmony-type high-power locomotives are proposed,including the formulation of quality objectives,management plans,consistency of maintenance procedures,reform of staff training methods,and establishment of equipment.A series of measures such as outsourcing management system,strengthening quality control,and optimizing production process ensure the effective operation of locomotive maintenance quality management.Finally,the safeguard measures for the quality control of locomotive maintenance in Xi’an harmony-type high-power locomotive maintenance depot are established,including organization guarantee,information technology construction and quality culture construction.The quality of locomotive overhaul is guaranteed through the implementation of a series of measures.The quality management plan obtained through the quality management research of harmonious high-power locomotive maintenance provides relevant theoretical basis and practical experience for the quality management of Xi’an harmony-type high-power locomotive maintenance depot,effectively improving the quality maintenance level of Xi’an harmony-type high-power locomotive maintenance depot.The theory proposed in this paper also has certain reference and reference value for the relevant units of railway locomotive maintenance.
