Urban Rail Traffic Engineering Construction Quality Management

The scale and speed of urban rail transit construction in China has ranked first in the world,the development of quality management has also been the concern of the community.Although urban rail transit construction in China has made significant progress,but in recent years,many large engineering quality accidents frequently occured,caused great losses,quality management needed further improve and enhancement.This study aimed to further strengthen the construction of urban rail transit project quality management.This thesis,by using expert interviews,statistical analysis and other methods,analyzed the main problem of urban rail transit project quality management,founded the cause of quality problems,used 4M+1E quality factors,PDCA cycle control,construction process quality control system,set up the risk awareness and risk assessment mechanism,emergency management system,quality control and risk management system,and put forward a method to reduce quality accident,to strengthen the management of project quality conditions.Finally the quality monitoring and risk management system was applied to Suzhou Binhelu subway line 1 project,such improved the quality of the project,without any quality accident of good results,verified the effectiveness of the proposed quality monitoring and risk management system.
