In order to ensure the reliability,safety and economy of bus operation,transportation enterprises usually carry out preventive maintenance on bus.Because the bus maintenance cost accounts for a large proportion of the operation cost,it is of great theoretical significance and practical value to carry out maintenance management according to the actual operation status of buses.The enterprise information management system records a large number of failure maintenance data reflecting the actual operation status of buses,which provides favorable conditions for maintenance management.Based on the failure maintenance data in the information management system,this paper makes an in-depth study on maintenance quality control,maintenance cycle optimization and maintenance quality evaluation.Maintenance quality control can control the poor links and provide help to improve the maintenance level of enterprises.In order to control the maintenance quality more accurately,this paper takes the average failure times and average maintenance hours of each failure component of the fleet as the overall characteristics.The difference between the failure times and maintenance hours of each failure component of a single vehicle and the overall characteristics is the individual characteristics,and the individual characteristics are the key points of maintenance quality control.According to the individual characteristics,failure cause analysis can also be carried out.In addition,the Pareto Diagram and a clustering method are used to classify the failure parts of a fleet and a single vehicle.The two classification results of the two methods are basically the same,and the clustering method can be more detailed division.Classification results can be used to guide inventory managementThe preventive maintenance cycle given by the manufacturer may not meet the actual situation,so it is necessary to optimize the preventive maintenance cycle according to the field data.Based on the analysis of two cost rate models,a new cost rate model is proposed in this paper.This model divides the failures in the secondary maintenance cycle into two kinds,estimates the costs of the two kinds of failures respectively,and then uses the cost rate model to determine the optimal secondary maintenance cycle.The new model is better than the two existing cost rate models.Maintenance quality evaluation involves the operation status of the evaluated object and the execution strength of the maintenance executor,which is used to evaluate the maintenance level of the maintenance executor and the status of the evaluated object after maintenance.Preventive maintenance can change the failure rate of the system,and the amount of this change is considered as the preventive maintenance effect.Failure data near preventive maintenance points contain more failure information,which should be paid more attention to.Therefore,when estimating parameters,weighting of those points needs to be done in the case of similar values.Therefore,it is meaningful to change the data before maintenance so that the data after maintenance is not much different.After estimating the parameters,the evaluation results of maintenance quality are obtained.The results show that the evaluation results of maintenance quality after transformation are more robust.
