Research On The Financial Strategy Of Gree

With the rapid development of the Chinese economy,the living environment of enterprises has also undergone earth-shaking changes.The changeable environment makes more and more enterprises begin to upgrade strategic management and planning.Financial Strategy is the core module of Strategic Management and becomes the focus of enterprises.In this environment,financial strategy is not only a functional strategy,but also the basis of enterprise development.Financial Strategy is not only the planning of funds,but also the voluntary planning of the long-term development of enterprises.In recent years,the light asset operation model has been favored by many enterprises.Unlike the heavy asset operation model,the light asset operation model mainly integrates the intangible asset of the enterprise,combining the intangible asset with the external excellent conditions,create a perfect brand image to increase the core competitiveness of enterprises.The White household appliance industry is an important part of the Chinese economy.With more and more companies joining,the competition in the White household appliance industry has become heated and the market has gradually become saturated.Based on the above-mentioned background,this paper takes gree electric appliance as the research object.Firstly,through consulting and studying the basic theories of financial strategy and light assets operation mode of domestic and foreign scholars,it provides the theoretical basis for the research of this paper.At the same time,it introduces the related concepts of financial strategy and light assets operation mode,as well as the method of effect evaluation.Secondly,combined with the current situation of the white goods industry and gree electrical appliances industry status of its financial strategy to adjust the reasons for a brief analysis.Secondly,from the three aspects of financing strategy,Investment Strategy and operation strategy,it is found that gree electric appliance has gradually transformed into a light-asset operation model,implementing the "share-based regional distribution" and "quasi-financial model",continuously improve the research and development ability,mold the brand image,improve their core competitiveness.At the same time,through the comparison of horizontal and vertical financial indicators,we find that gree electric appliances have some problems such as unbalanced long-term and short-term debt ratio,insufficient collection ability,slow inventory and cash turnover,etc..Finally,from the three angles of financing,investment and operation,this paper puts forward some pertinent suggestions for gree electric appliance’s financial strategy: increase long-term debt financing and Research and development Expenses,establishing debt servicing guarantee system and receivable collection system,develop Project Research and evaluation mechanism and improve purchasing,production and sales channels,handle the relationship between upstream suppliers and downstream distributors.At the same time,I also hope to be able to provide some reference value for other enterprises in the process of strategic adjustment.
