Research On The Operation Mode Of GL Light Assets

In the 21 st century,the Internet environment realizes information sharing,the product differentiation is shrinking gradually,the products also break through the regional restrictions,the scale economic effect of the enterprise is not significant,the competitive advantage of the competitors in the same industry is not obvious,obviously,the traditional heavy assets operation mode is no longer applicable.Enterprises have to change their competitive strategies,and on the premise of ensuring quality,more resources are invested in R & D innovation and brand building to attract consumers,that is,close to light asset operation mode.GL,as the leader of household appliance enterprises,tries to achieve remarkable results in light asset operation mode,and the profitability of the enterprise is leading,and the brand influence of the enterprise is gradually improving.GL,as the research object of this paper,has its advantages in the implementation of light asset operation mode.But in order to better implement this mode,it is necessary to make corresponding preventive measures.On the basis of making profit from the light asset operation mode,it is necessary to pay attention to the development status of the enterprise.In order to solve the problem from the source,this paper starts with the path of GL to implement light asset operation mode.The research results show that GL implements light asset operation mode through three ways: first,the change of sales channel,the interests of dealers are bound by regional operation of equity system,and sales promotion is promoted online through the construction of e-commerce platform;In finance,the enterprise realizes the financial model,and takes up the funds from the upstream and downstream through the enterprise credit,and forms a relatively stable fund chain;With sufficient capital flow,the enterprise has the choice to outsource the low added value link,and can invest the surplus capital into the link with high added value,and obtain the profit of "smile curve".In the process of exploring the approach,through the method of data comparative analysis,we find the potential hidden dangers and problems in these three ways: in terms of sales channels,online sales are seized,and channel management and control ability is reduced;In the similar financial model,the solvency is decreased and the risk of capital fracture exists;In terms of value-added improvement,outsourcing link control has negative impact and product R & D is in a dilemma.In order to make GL develop steadily in this operation mode,this paper analyzes the reasons for the above problems and puts forward some suggestions: in terms of sales channels,we should pay attention to coordination of the relationship between sales channels and play a collaborative role;In the case of the similar financial model,we should consider the long-term nature of the financial chain to reduce the risk of the financial model;In terms of value-added promotion,we should focus on the link of high added value industry chain.Many articles only analyze this operation mode of GL.Different from that,this paper not only fully understands the path of its light asset operation mode,including channel reform,financial like mode and added value promotion,but also analyzes these three aspects in detail,points out the shortcomings in the process of path development and puts forward suggestions.For the enterprise itself,it can optimize the light asset operation mode based on this,and put forward the theoretical basis for the light asset operation mode of the enterprise externally and academically;From the practical operation,it can be used for reference for the transformation of light asset operation mode of the same industry enterprises.
