In order to realize modern management,enterprises must adopt advanced and scientific performance management mode.A performance evaluation system in line with the development of the enterprise covers a very rich content: rigorous construction process,scientific and comprehensive index system,objective weight standard,perfect implementation guarantee measures,clear reward and punishment mechanism,etc.A perfect performance evaluation system can accurately and clearly reflect the performance level of enterprises,so as to help enterprises achieve short-term and long-term strategic goals.HH company is an old brand enterprise engaged in automobile and parts production.After nearly 30 years of development,HH company has formed its own performance evaluation model.However,with more and more homogeneous enterprises entering the market,the pressure of market competition will be greater in the future.In order to provide system guarantee for the long-term development of HH company,it is an important link to reform and upgrade the original performance evaluation management mode.According to the characteristics of HH company and the actual situation of the enterprise,this paper constructs a new performance evaluation model for HH company,namely,the Balanced Scorecard performance evaluation system.In order to achieve this goal,firstly,this paper sorts out and introduces the theoretical knowledge of performance evaluation and balanced scorecard;secondly,it briefly describes the general situation of HH company;thirdly,it analyzes the shortcomings of current KPI performance evaluation system of HH company;fourthly,it expounds the necessity and feasibility of performance evaluation by Balanced Scorecard in HH company Fifthly,according to the industry characteristics of automobile production enterprises and the actual situation of HH company,draw strategic map and select responsibility,which can comprehensively and truly reflect the operation level of the company,and determine the relative objective index weight by using analytic hierarchy process.This step is also the most critical step in designing the balanced Scorecard.Finally,the paper proposes to ensure the implementation of the balanced scorecard What problems should be paid attention to.This paper constructs a balanced scorecard performance evaluation system suitable for HH company,which provides a reference for the reform of management mode of HH company.The key point of this paper is the construction process of Balanced Scorecard,combined with the characteristics of the enterprise.This study not only has a positive role in promoting the development of HH company,but also hopes to provide reference for similar automobile manufacturers.
