| Since the reform and opening policy and as the development of Chinese marketing economy,he per capita income of residents has increased significantly.As a big country of automobile production and sales and car ownership,the number of end-of-life vehicles in China will also enter a peak period along with the increase of car ownership,with the increase of car ownership,the number of end-of-life vehicles will also enter the peak.This paper adopts interview,questionnaire and participatory observation as the main research methods.Through interview,questionnaire and participatory observation,the data as to ELV recovery from enterprises,the public,social organizations and relevant regulatory departments have been collected.Based on these data,this paper analyzes the reasons for the low regular recovery rate and the difficulties of supervision.From the perspective of the main body of collaborative governance,this paper analyzes the causes of the regulatory problems of Shaoguan City’s end-of-life vehicles and puts forward countermeasures to provide some suggestions for the purification of Shaoguan City’s end-of-life vehicle recycling market and collaborative governance of end-of-life vehicle recycling.In view of the existing problems in the current supervision of the recovery of ELVs in Shaoguan,the first thing to do is to increase publicity,and improve the public’s participation in the joint supervision of ELVs recovery.From the perspective of the main enterprises under collaborative supervision,it is mainly to enhance the main responsibility consciousness of the enterprises.From the perspective of the main social organizations of collaborative supervision,it is necessary to increase the collaborative governance ability of industry associations,strengthen the mutual assistance between industry associations and government departments. |
