| In recent years, cast film machine gradually realize localization. Some high-tech enterprises have taken the lead development about cast film machine, to improve the production speed, increase the breadth of the film. Scrap online recovery system as a part of cast film machine, its performance requirements are also increased. If scrap can not be removed smoothly, the operation will be hindered.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly, the Scrap online recovery system was discussed. The system design requirements were analyzed, and the corresponding design indexes were put forward. Then, the schemes of scrap remove system and crushed scrap feedback system were formulated. According to the schemes, the structure of air injection cavity was designed; numerical simulation of the air injection cavity was implemented by applying FLUENT software; venturi tube was designed, the structure parameters such as throat taper, taper length, throat length-diameter ratio and expander length on its max negative pressure were analyzed; shapes of scrap entrance were designed, and Relationship between max negative pressure and distance of telescopic tube from venturi throat was analyzed. Secondly, the crushed scrap feedback system was designed, including cone hopper and screw. Lastly, the pressure and air speed on scrap entrances were measured using pitot tube and wind speed air meter; the measured results were written down, and compared to the numerical simulation results. The result show that designed scrap remove system was turned out to be reasonable.According to the research, the efficiency of Scrap online recovery will be improved, the crushed scrap will be feedback successfully; the reliability of cast film machine will be improved and the cost will be reduced. |
