| The core competitiveness is the key element to keep market competitive and sustainable development for the corporation.Since the core competitiveness was raised in 1990 s,scholars at home and abroad started to regard the deep core competitiveness as the main factor to judge the success of the corporation.The corporation of the core competitiveness contains superiority resources,the competence that the corporation integrated the resources,the quality of products,the good brands and loyal customers.It directly influences the direction of the corporation strategies,the management benefits and the market share in the business.In China,companies with a certain scale will focus on developing their core competitiveness.For example,corporation will raise their core competitiveness by increasing investment in technology research and development or innovating marketing strategies.Therefore,to maintain and raise the core competitiveness is the essential strategies for the corporations.In this paper,the author chose JSZA electric power company,a high-tech electric power equipment manufacturer,as the research object.The author conducted interviews with the enterprise senior-middle managers,research humans and marketing humans to learn about the current conditions of the corporation running,management and marketing.After market research found in the recent five years,JSZA electric company has developed slowly with the result of the short-sight of the human resources and low-level standard construction.It leads to about 1% growth rate,decreasing trend in the gross corporate profit as well as the stagnant product market share.Facing the international and national challenge and various opportunities,it is urgent to raise the core competitiveness.After reading a lot of domestic and foreign literature on core competitiveness theory,first of all,starting from the development status and competitive environment of the power transmission and distribution equipment industry,this paper analyzes the future development prospect of JSZA electric power company,and according to JSZA electric power company’s development status quo,external competition status quo to analyze its competitiveness,draw the conclusion that the current company’s competitiveness is insufficient.Then,on the basis of the core competitiveness related theories,this paper analyzes the influence of JSZA power company’s internal capabilities on the company’s current competitiveness by its own resources and capabilities,and obtains the reasons for the current lack of competitiveness of the company.Making use the method of competence identification,combing the advantages and disadvantages of JSZA power company,the key elements of JSZA power company’s core competitiveness construction are management competitiveness,technical competitiveness,production and operation capacity,market competitiveness.Then,this paper use the analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the core competitiveness,and obtains the evaluation result of JSZA power company’s core competitiveness at the general level.At last,the author raises the advancement strategies for the core competitiveness in order to promote the future development for the JSZA electric company.These strategies include focusing on the construction of talent team,enhancing technical competitiveness,strengthening standardization construction,and enhancing market competitiveness. |
