| With the rapid development of the automobile industry,a number of automobile test sites have been built in recent years.As a third-party automobile testing laboratory,the automobile test site is facing increasingly fierce industry competition.The automobile testing laboratory provides test sites for all vehicle and automobile factories,and is responsible for the quality control of automobile products.According to the overall low quality management level of my country’s automobile testing grounds,improving the quality system management level and ensuring the accuracy of test results are important means for automobile testing laboratories to improve their market competitiveness.This article takes HN automobile testing laboratory as the object,investigates the status quo of its quality management system,finds problems and conducts improvement analysis and research.First,the basic theories and related literature related to quality management are researched and summarized,and the difference between the standard ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and ISO/IEC 17025:2005 based on the testing laboratory is analyzed.Then,by consulting,summarizing and analyzing the internal and external audit results of the HN automotive testing laboratory in recent years,combined with internal questionnaire surveys,detailed analysis of the problems and the causes of the quality management system of the HN automotive testing laboratory are carried out to sort out the problems.,Summarize the existing problems about resource requirements,process requirements and management system requirements,and find out the key factors affecting the quality management level of testing laboratories.Then,guided by the PDCA cycle method and following the seven principles of quality management,it proposes how laboratory quality management can improve quality awareness,play a leading role,improve internal quality performance management mechanisms,strengthen process management,plan risk management and opportunity management mechanisms,etc..In order to ensure the effective implementation of various improvement measures of the quality management system,an organizational guarantee for quality improvement activities has been established,and implementation plans for quality improvement activities have been formulated in accordance with the PDCA principles to ensure continuous improvement of quality management.Finally,through management review,external review,and internal questionnaire survey,the implementation effect and evaluation of the improvement measures are conducted. |
