With the development of science and technology,the requirements of physical and chemical testing laboratories are also increasing.and the constant condition in the laboratories is the key factor for testing or surgery in the laboratory.At present,the domestic physical and chemical testing laboratories often do not consider the excessive negative pressure caused by the actual exhaust air caused by the exhaust cabinet.At the same time,it can cause the pressure difference to be unstable.Now china mainly adopts differential pressure control method and residual air volume control method,but both solutions have limitations in practical applications.In response to this feature,This paper simulates the ventilation curve and optimizes the ventilation system design,and proposes a constant air pressure differential control technology.At the same time,the linear control method is used instead of the coaxial rotation control mechanism to increase the speed of adjustment operation.The Venturi principle is used to combine the independently developed variable air volume control valve with a pressure-independent regulator and an airflow controller to ensure the accuracy of air flow.and relying on the specific project of Medical Research Complex Building of the Ophthalmology Center of Sun Yat-sen University in Guangzhou,the actual implementation of this method was carried out.After installation and testing,it proves that compared with the traditional construction method,this method can guarantee the constant air volume differential pressure control,at the same time can ensure the safety of the system,and can greatly reduce the complexity of operating costs,space,cost,and self-control.It can also improve the protection of the environment,has obvious economic and social benefits,and can provide lessons for similar projects.In short,relying on the specific project of Medical Research Complex Building of the Ophthalmology Center of Sun Yat-sen University in Guangzhou,the physical and chemical testing laboratory pressure difference control system has achieved good results in the implementation of this project,it not only benefits the good effect of the differential pressure control system.At the same time,the project management of the project is also a key link to ensure the good operation of the differential pressure control system.Effective construction management provides effective protection for differential pressure control systems,both in terms of schedule,cost and quality.The implementation of the laboratory differential pressure control system brings new methods to the project and also provides valuable management experience for future projects.
