Establishment And Operation Of Quality Management System Of Measuring And Testing Laboratory Of Metrology Institute

Quality management system is helpful to organize and supply the product meeting continued requirements, which meets and exceeds the customers'expectations. With the entry of foreign measuring and testing institutions, measuring and testing laboratory in China is facing increasingly fierce competition. In recent years, customers pay increasing attention to the quality of service for inspection. Service quality has become the key of measuring and testing laboratories competing abroad. We should establish a quality management system and strengthen its management of the building. This is an important way to enhance the quality of testing in measuring and testing laboratory in China and increase competitiveness.In this paper, we focus on the theme that measuring and testing experimental hospital in N City how to create and run an effective quality management system to improve the measurement of test quality. First, we make an introduction of the theoretical basis on which measurement testing laboratories set up the quality management system, including ISO 9000 and ISO/IEC 17025 quality management system. The whole paper is based on the development history of our measurement test laboratory quality management system. Second, we make the analysis that the measurement testing laboratories how to design effective quality management system, including human capacity, infrastructure and organizational management and other factors. We also look into the requirements of the applications of quality management system's principles, processes, methods, systems, process management and documentation, etc. Then, according to the fact of the testing laboratory in N City, through the introduction of ISO/IEC 17025 quality management system standards, we can establish the measurement testing laboratories'quality management system in measuring hospital in N. After that, we need to keep continuous monitoring and quality improvement, by optimizing the full allocation of resources. Finally, we discuss the measurement of the testing laboratory quality management system to operate effectively, such as measuring and testing laboratories to implement training for all staff organization and hospital departments to hire third-party audit professional bodies'external audit. Through this study, we find it is feasible to introduce ISO/IEC 17025 quality management standards for the establishment of laboratory quality management system in measuring and testing laboratory.
