| In 2007,China’s large aircraft project was formally approved.According to the plan,the domestically-made large aircraft C919 will fly first in 2014 and will be delivered in 2016.However,the time for delivery of the current route has been delayed.Under this background,the time node and schedule control of each project become particularly important for the parts suppliers.Project schedule Management is the process of using various methods and tools to make effective progress models.By considering the project resources resource constraints and logical order,as well as the use of suitable methods and tools to make scientific project schedule,project schedule and implement of effective control measures,timely completion of the project could be achieved and cost could be controlled.In this paper,with the background of the construction project of wheel processing line,literature research method,investigation method,qualitative analysis method and quantitative analysis method are used.Based on the WBS decomposition of the project,the logic relationship and resource constraint relationship of the process activity are taken into consideration.The project network maps and finds the project’s critical chain,then eliminates process safety times and inserts project buffers and input buffers to absorb the effects of process delays.In calculating the buffer,a scientific algorithm that considers the time elastic coefficient,the process position weights,and the influence factors of the uncertainties is used.Finally,after eliminating the safety time,a project baseline plan is developed.Based on this benchmark plan,the monitoring and control of the project will be carried out to ensure that the project progress goals are achieved.Research on the project progress management in this paper solves the overdue problem caused by delay of some processes.While this paper propose a scheme covering project duration estimation,the project time Redundancy elimination,buffer setting,benchmark scheduling plan,project schedule controlling solution.Which has the reference value for the similar production line renovation projects. |
