Abstract/Summary:
Solar photovoltaic power generation is the most advanced renewable energy utilization technology in the world,and it is also an important direction of new energy development.The roof photovoltaic power generation project of C-type plant in Baosteel raw material yard is a demonstration project of Baosteel in new energy technology.The construction of this project can not only reduce the power purchased by Baosteel,deepen the energy saving and emission reduction work of enterprises,but also open up the channels for Baosteel to utilize new energy resources and promote the sustainable development of Baosteel.In view of the characteristics of the roof photovoltaic power generation project of C-type plant in Baosteel’s raw material yard,such as many construction tasks,complex construction operations,high safety requirements and tight construction period requirements,this paper studies the project schedule management of the roof photovoltaic power generation project of C-type plant in Baosteel’s raw materialyard by combining the basic theory of modern project schedule management with project case studies.Firstly,this paper elaborates the related theories and methods of project schedule planning management,clarifies the research directions and methods;secondly,it introduces the background,main contents,project characteristics and project objectives of the roof photovoltaic power generation project of C-type plant in Baosteel’s raw material yard;on this basis,the paper combines with the roof photovoltaic power generation construction of C-type plant in Baosteel’s raw material yard.The project example,using the theory of project schedule management,focuses on the elaboration of the project schedule plan formulation process,including the Work Breakdown Structure of the project,the use of project schedule plan theory to identify the key path of the project,.And this paper formulates the project schedule plan,and optimize the schedule plan based on project objectives and characteristicsthe combination of project objectives and characteristics.Then,in the process of schedule control of the construction project of photovoltaic power generation on the roof of C-type factory building of Baosteel’s raw material yard,the key points of control and control for critical path activities are formulated by establishing a schedule control system,and quality and safety assurance measures are implemented,and two key work schedules are ensured.Finally,it summarizes and points out the shortcomings,and makes a prospect for the deep application of project schedule management.Based on the theoretical knowledge of project schedule management,this paper studies the project schedule management by the actual construction project of roof photovoltaic power generation of C-type plant in Baosteel Raw Material Yard,which improves the level of enterprise project management.
