Abstract/Summary:
In the industrial production process,some equipment and products of the enterprise must be cooled by circulating cooling water to ensure the normal operation of the production line.However,in the operation process of the circulating cooling water system,the energy consumption of the system is too large because of the unreasonable design of the system,the inappropriate selection of equipment and the failure of timely feedback of the operation status.In order to reduce the energy consumption of the circulating cooling water system,this paper focuses on the layout of the pipe network,the overall design,and the operation status of the circulating cooling water system.(1)Mathematical modeling of the basic components that make up the circulating cooling water system,including cooling towers,heat exchangers,fans,pumps,piping,etc.Through modeling analysis,the main factors affecting the energy consumption of the circulating cooling water system are determined.At the same time,the cooling tower is modeled and simulated,and the simulation results are compared with the experimental results to verify the correctness of the modeling.(2)Analyzed the problems existing in the parallel heat exchanger pipe network,and then based on the existing problems,using the water pinch technology and the pinch offset method,taking five heat exchangers as an example to carry out the heat exchanger pipe network.Optimized and compared with the water consumption and outlet temperature of the parallel heat exchanger network.(3)Using the super-structure arrangement method,for the circulating cooling water system of the multi-cooling tower,a mathematical model is established according to different conditions.Then according to the specific case,the model is solved by using the gams numerical analysis software to optimize the overall structure of the circulating cooling water system,reduce the overall energy consumption of the circulating cooling water system,and improve the energy efficiency of the system.(4)Establish a system for evaluating the energy efficiency and economy of the circulating cooling water system.According to the energy efficiency and economic influence factors in the circulating cooling water system,the combination of the stratified analysis method and the entropy method is used to determine the weight of each influencing factor in the system,and the grey energy comprehensive evaluation method was used to establish the energy efficiency and economic evaluation of the water system.(5)Using Matlab and Delphi for mixing,with the support of MySQL database,establish a software platform for energy efficiency and economic evaluation of circulating cooling water system.It is of great significance to save energy and reduce consumption of circulating cooling water system,through the optimization of pipe network,system optimization,energy efficiency and economic evaluation of circulating cooling water system.
