Water shortages have long been one of the important factors limiting China's development,reuse of water resources is an effective way to alleviate water shortages.Circulating cooling water accounts for a large proportion of industrial water,therefore,it is of great significance to recycle the circulating cooling water,reduce the amount of new water,and improve the utilization of cooling water.Based on the circulating cooling water treatment project of a company,this paper designed a circulating cooling water treatment monitoring system based on network for the technical requirements of the circulating cooling water treatment process provided by the company.The system combining the ECT electrolysis water treatment device,adopting embedded control technology,network technology,Elastic Compute Service and other technologies to provide a embedded control system and network monitoring of information data,enables the operator to achieve stable operation of the circulating cooling water treatment system on site,as well as remotely view the operating status of the field data and equipment,and monitor and manage the system.The system mainly includes on-site circulating cooling water treatment monitoring system and remote monitoring platform.The on-site circulating cooling water treatment system is based on the STM32-based embedded controller.The touch screen is used to monitor the system operation and the on-site collection of PH value,ORP value,turbidity value,flow and other data.Data is transmitted remotely using the 4G network through the DTU module.Both the touch screen and the DTU module communicate with the controller via the RS232 serial port.The system's remote monitoring platform realizes remote monitoring of the on-site circulating cooling water treatment system by establishing server-side deployment and browser-side webpage development in the B/S architecture mode.Server-side deployment includes MFC-based remote monitoring software and SQL Server 2008 database;The browser side develops a monitoring webpage based on ASP.NET technology,and uses the webpage to access the server-side database,and then the monitoring software and the database interact to implement the sending function of the control command,thereby realizing the remote monitoring of the on-site circulating cooling water treatment system.At the end of this paper,the overall monitoring and improvement of the circulating cooling water treatment system based on remote monitoring is carried out,and the two major components of the system are verified:The functions of the circulating cooling water treatment system and the remote monitoring platform are normal,and the automation and networking of the circulating cooling water treatment process are realized.The design of the system simplifies the operation flow of circulating cooling water treatment,improves the treatment efficiency of circulating cooling water,saves a lot of new supplementary water,and is of great significance for saving water resources and protecting the environment.
