In the worldwide scale,energy is depleting and water resources shortage is increasingly serious,the clean circulating cooling water system,which consumes a large amount of water,has become the focus of attention.As one of the most widely used system,the clean circulating cooling water system is the focus of research scholars at home and abroad.At present,there are many problems in design and equipment selection of the clean circulating cooling water system in our country.To avoid unnecessary waste,the optimization design of clean circulating cooling water system is of great significance.The thesis has established optimization design mathematic model of plate heat exchanger,centrifugal pump,and mechanical draft cooling tower.Based on analysis of the characteristics of components in the system,hydraulic models of the pump,valve,pipe and thermodynamic models of the heat exchanger,cooling tower and pipe are built and by simulation analysis.This thesis analyzes the process of the clean circulating cooling water system and gives the determination principle of that process firstly.And then analyzes the working principle of the clean circulating cooling water soptimization ystem equipment,and specifies the decision variable and constraints of the system design process.Finally establish a mixed integer nonlinear programming(MINLP)model of the clean circulating cooling water system process.The MINLP model of the optimization design clean circulating cooling water system can be decomposed into an integration of an inner non-linear programming(NLP)model and an outer portfolio optimization model.Therefore,the paper proposes a two layers nested optimization method on that basis.The algorithm firstly optimizes the portfolio problem of MINLP model though Branch and bound search algorithm,and then optimize the NLP problem of MINLP model though SQP algorithm.
