Circulating cooling water system is widely used in the production process of industries.Equipment aging,the load changing of network system and other reasons would make the operating parameters setting of the equipments not reasonable,resulting in high energy consumption.To solve this problem,this thesis proposes an operation optimization method for the circulating cooling water system,which has important significance to the engineering practice,to achieve a net circulating cooling water system energy minimization.Firstly,this thesis analyzes the composition and working principle of cooling water circulating system,and on this basis,for the purpose of energy saving,establishes the mathematical model for the optimization of circulating cooling water system.The operation can be classed as two parts including system equipment operation mode and equipment operation parameters.The above operation optimization problems is a complex,mixed integer nonlinear programming problem.This thesis is to solve the operation optimization problem by designing hierarchical nested optimization algorithm.The outer layer of the algorithm uses ant colony algorithm to solve the system equipment operation mode,and the inner layer uses SQP to solve equipment operation parameters.At the same time,in order to overcome the shortcomings of the basic ant colony algorithm convergence and handling constrains,the transfer rules of the basic ant colony algorithm,volatile factor and pheromone updating function are modified.The simulation platform of the circulating cooling water system operation optimization is developed to enhance applicability of the proposed method.
