Research On Rehabilitation Landscape Design Of Elderly Sanatorium In Wuhan Based On Evidence-Based Design

On the basis of the natural environment,the outdoor landscape is introduced into the facilities of medical institutions as an important medical resource and carefully designed.The garden type that has a positive physical and mental effect on users in the environment for a long time is called rehabilitation landscape.At present,with the deepening of China's aging,the number of the elderly population is increasing year by year.Due to the gradual regression of various functions of the elderly body with the growth of age,and with various diseases and living in a relatively closed indoor environment for a long time,the chance of contacting the natural environment is reduced.These factors are not conducive to their physical and mental health.In this context,the demand of elderly sanatorium is increasing Enlarge.The research shows that the regular activities of the elderly in the outdoor environment can delay the decline of various functions of the body and improve the treatment of their own chronic diseases.In view of the rapid development of the elderly convalescent institutions and the fact that the elderly do not have scientific and quantifiable data environment intervention in outdoor activities,this paper starts with the research on the external design of the landscape environment of the elderly convalescent institutions and explores the research on the rehabilitation landscape design of the elderly convalescent institutions based on the evidence-based design method.This paper summarizes the concept,origin,development,types and characteristics of evidence-based design and rehabilitation landscape,and expounds the relationship between evidence-based design and rehabilitation landscape of convalescent institutions and evidence-based points of rehabilitation landscape of elderly convalescent institutions.Based on the analysis of the basic evidence-based data,the paper analyzes the physiological,psychological and behavioral characteristics of the elderly,summarizes their needs for the external environment of the convalescent institutions,and then puts forward the principles of safety,accessibility and discrimination in accordance with the evidence-based design of the rehabilitation landscape of the elderly convalescent institutions.According to the characteristics of evidence-based design and the best evidence,this paper makes a practical study on three elderly convalescent institutions in Wuhan City,and adopts the method of combining quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis to analyze the design strategy conclusion of rehabilitation landscape space,hard landscape construction and soft landscape configuration in line with the elderly through collecting data.Then through the rehabilitation landscape reconstruction of Wuhan Donghu sanatorium,the early theory was verified and applied.
