Research On Landscape Design Of External Environment Of Medical And Nursing Center Based On Evidence-Based Design

With the rapid development of urban society,the aging phenomenon is becoming more and more obvious,"medical care and health" has become a hot topic between the national government and the people.At present,the number of domestic medical and nursing centers is small,and the outdoor rehabilitation landscape of medical and nursing centers is lack of systematic research.In order to improve the quality of life of the elderly in the medical and nursing center and carry out effective rehabilitation treatment,the rehabilitation function of the external environment landscape of the medical and nursing center has become an indispensable part of the health and nursing link.Rehabilitation landscape plays an important role in improving the quality of life and releasing the emotional pressure of the elderly.Therefore,in order to improve the rehabilitation function of the external environment landscape of the medical and nursing center and increase the participation of the elderly in the external environment landscape,this paper studies the external environment landscape of the medical and nursing center based on the method and theory of evidence-based design,using literature research,field research,induction and demonstration,questionnaire survey,multivariate analysis,landscape performance evaluation and other methods.The first chapter describes the research background,purpose,significance and content,and discusses the related concepts of rehabilitation landscape and evidence-based design.After summarizing the development status at home and abroad,the problems and challenges need to be addressed in this study.The second chapter mainly describes the process of evidence-based research,using evidence-based design theory to investigate and analyze the external environment of medical and nursing centers in Tai’an City and Beijing City,conducting questionnaire survey on the elderly users and landscape related professionals in medical and nursing centers,obtaining the corresponding data for follow-up analysis.The third chapter mainly discusses the design strategy of the external environment landscape of the medical and nursing center,including landscape positioning,location,spatial layout,landscape elements and so on.In the fourth chapter,combined with the survey data,based on the above analysis,the external environment landscape of Taishan Medical and nursing center in Tai’an City,Shandong Province is planned and designed,and the theoretical research is applied and verified.The fifth chapter evaluates the landscape performance of the scheme to verify the relevance of the data.Combined with the common people’s preference for the external environment landscape of the medical and nursing center and the judgment of professional scholars on the influencing factors of the external environment landscape of the medical and nursing center,this paper makes a multivariate analysis on the data factors,and then analyzes the problems of the external environment landscape of the medical and nursing center,such as the lack of obvious spatial level,the lack of rehabilitation activities,the lack of rehabilitation effect of plant greening,etc Based on the analysis of the current situation of resources and terrain,this paper makes the overall planning of Taishan Medical and nursing center under the health care system,and carries out the corresponding special planning through road traffic planning,plant landscape planning,lighting facilities planning,service facilities planning,barrier free facilities planning,etc.,and makes detailed design for the nodes.After the completion of the scheme design,through the feedback of landscape performance evaluation,it is concluded that the evidence-based design method for the planning and design of the medical and nursing center is effective and feasible.In the future,we can continue to study the method of evidence-based design in order to build a natural and healthy medical and nursing center with regional characteristics.
