Research On The Performance Of Construction Enterprises Based On The Quality Of Supply Chain Relationships

The construction industry is the industrial pillar of the national economy and is of great significance to economic and social development.As companies pay more and more attention to the transformation of supply chain value,the development of the construction industry also requires a good supply chain environment,so construction supply chain management has attracted more and more attention from construction companies.After the global outbreak of the new crown epidemic(COVID-19),various industries have been greatly affected,and the importance of the construction supply chain is self-evident.At present,the supply chain relationship has become a popular research project in China’s manufacturing industry,and important academic results have been achieved.However,in the construction industry,there are few studies focusing on the relationship between the performance of construction enterprises and the supply chain.Therefore,the research on supply chain management in the construction industry is imminent.In the context of the construction industry,based on the theory of construction supply chain theory,relationship quality theory,construction enterprise performance theory,information sharing theory and environmental uncertainty,through the literature induction method,the supply chain relationship quality is divided into satisfaction,commitment,There are three dimensions of trust,and environmental uncertainty is divided into two dimensions:market uncertainty and environmental uncertainty.Construct a theoretical model based on the quality of supply chain relationship,construction enterprise performance,information sharing,and environmental uncertainty,and propose the mediating role of information sharing,while adding environmental uncertainty as a moderating variable of the theoretical model.Collect the data needed by the research institute through questionnaire survey,and use statistical software to conduct empirical data analysis to explore the influence mechanism of the quality of supply chain relationship on the performance of construction enterprises under the variables of information sharing and environmental uncertainty.The results show that:(1)Enhancing the relationship quality of the three dimensions of supply chain satisfaction,trust,and commitment is beneficial to the improvement of the performance of construction companies,of which commitment has the most significant impact in the theoretical model;(2)Supply chain relationship quality has an impact on information sharing Produce positive effects,and the quality of supply chain relationships can have a positive impact on the performance of construction companies through information sharing,that is,information sharing plays an intermediary role;(3)When market uncertainty is high,the quality of supply chain relationships has a positive impact on the performance of construction companies.Produce a more positive impact,that is,produce a moderating effect;(4)The technical uncertainty is high,and the quality of the supply chain relationship has no obvious impact on the performance of construction enterprises.The research conclusions not only clarify the factors that affect the performance of construction enterprises in the quality of supply chain relations,but also enrich the theory of quality of construction supply chain relations,helping construction enterprises to have better benefits in a complex market environment,and provide them with a certain degree of market competitiveness.
