With economic development and scientific and technological progress,energy as an important lifeline of national economy promotes and affects the progress of industrial civilization.With the advent of the Internet + era,the nuclear power industry is facing great challenges.As a high-tech industry,its development involves interdisciplinary and cross-industry cooperation in all aspects.Faced with the complex and changeable external environment,information sharing has become a key factor in the collaborative innovation and development of nuclear power industry.The common goal of all members in the nuclear power supply chain is to efficiently utilize the dynamic capability of the supply chain through the information sharing platform to integrate resources from various aspects in a timely manner.Under the constantly changing environment,the member enterprises of the nuclear power industry need to continuously improve their supply chain dynamic capability,promote and improve the full-life management mode of nuclear power plants in various regions,and promote the technological breakthrough and patent research and development of the nuclear power industry.By enhancing the ability of collaborative integration and sharing of information,resources from all aspects can be more fully utilized,thus saving costs and improving the level of collaborative innovation in the technology field and management field of the nuclear power industry.This paper focuses on the core issue of "how to improve the performance of collaborative innovation in nuclear power industry" and discusses the mechanism of supply chain collaboration from the perspective of information sharing.This paper could be divided into information sharing information sharing the quality of content,information sharing and information sharing IT technology three dimensions,and then introduced the dynamiccapability of supply chain among the variables,the dynamic capability of supply chain are divided into learning ability,ability to supply chain coordination of supply chain and supply chain refactoring capability,and build the information sharing,dynamic capability of supply chain,and innovation performance model,discusses the mediation effect of supply chain dynamic capabilities.Through the collection of 195 questionnaires,data validation and regression analysis,the conceptual model was tested and revised to reveal the mechanism of information sharing and supply chain dynamic capability in nuclear power industry on collaborative innovation performance.Based on the case study of China nuclear power company,this paper draws the following conclusions: 1.Information sharing in the nuclear power industry has a positive impact on the dynamic capability of the supply chain.2.The learning ability and reconstruction ability of supply chain in the dynamic capacity of supply chain in nuclear power industry have a more significant impact on the performance of collaborative innovation.The coordination ability of supply chain has a significant effect on the improvement of the performance of collaborative innovation in enterprise management,but the effect on the performance of technological innovation is not obvious.3.In the information sharing of nuclear power industry,the quality of information sharing and information sharing IT technology have a significant positive effect on the collaborative innovation performance,while the effect of information sharing content on the collaborative innovation performance of enterprise management is not significant.On the one hand,the research results of this paper enrich the theoretical research on information sharing,dynamic capability of supply chain and collaborative innovation performance,on the other hand,it can also provide practical guidance for the nuclear power industry to improve collaborative innovation performance by using information sharing and dynamic capability of supply chain.
