| In recent years,the rapid development of information technology has continuously impacted all walks of life.In particular,emerging technologies represented by cloud computing and so on have had an important impact on social development.Industrial development is also driven by factors and investment,transforming to innovation-driven.As a pillar industry of the economic development,the construction industry is clearly behind other industries in the development of information technology.It can only earn profits through the scale effect in the form of "EPC".This is not only difficult to improve the efficiency of the construction industry,but also exposes the shortcomings of the industry’s digital and intelligent.The reason is that the overall competitiveness of the construction supply chain is not strong,and the information asymmetry is serious.The core of supply chain management is to reach the optimal target through collaborative decision-making among participants,and information sharing is the prerequisite.The reason why it is difficult for the construction supply chain to achieve information sharing is that this behavior itself has certain risks,and the risk problems caused by false or distorted information naturally exist.This makes many participants in the construction supply chain refuse to share information.However,the emergence of block-chain technology has overcome this problem well.The multi-party consensus,non-tampering,transaction traceability and other characteristics of block-chain technology can provide endorsement for the storage and transmission of information,which obviously improves the credibility and security of information.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out subdivision research on information management of the construction supply chain under the background of block-chain.Only in this way can participants’ willingness to share information be enhanced and the depth of information sharing be increased.This paper is based on the research of traditional construction supply chain information sharing,combined with the application of block-chain technology in the information field,and comprehensively combs the new characteristics of construction supply chain information sharing under the background of block-chain.And based on this,it analyzes the choice and incentive mechanism of information sharing among participants in the construction supply chain.First of all,this article reviews the relevant research on construction supply chain management and block-chain technology application.Starting from the application scenarios of block-chain technology in the construction industry,it uses transaction cost theory and information ecology theory to build a construction supply chain under the influence of the new technology.The information sharing mechanism includes new models,new characteristics and new influencing factors of information sharing.Secondly,according to relevant influencing factors,this paper constructed a second-level construction supply chain game model with general contractors and suppliers as the main groups.Moreover,the evolution process of choice information sharing action between them in the game process is observed and analyzed.The evolutionary game results show that the general contractor and the supplier may choose to share or not share information at the same time.Finally,in order to encourage both parties to share information,an incentive model for information sharing is established based on the principal-agent theory,and the incentive effect is analyzed and verified.Finally,in order to avoid the risk of not sharing information,both parties should be encouraged to share information.According to the principal-agent theory,the incentive model of information sharing is established,and the incentive effect is analyzed and verified.The results show that the information sharing game between the general contractor and the supplier in the construction supply chain may lead to the bad situation that both parties refuse to share information.In order to avoid this situation,we can adopt certain incentive methods.Three aspects need to be paid attention to in the design of incentives.First,the incentive subsidy is not the greater the effect is better,the appropriate amount of subsidy is the most effective.Second,information sharing not only depends on the application of information technology,but also needs to create an environmental atmosphere.The trust-cooperative environment is conducive to promoting information sharing.Third,information sharing will be affected by the external construction supply chain,and a good market competition environment is also more important.In this paper,the integrated thought of information ecology theory is used to the construction supply chain,which breaks the singleness of previous studies and enriches the research on information sharing of construction supply chain in the new era background.The conclusions have theoretical significance and practical value for how to deepen the information management of building supply chain. |
