terms of operation management and maintenance organization,the standards are not uniform,the types of models are more,the operation efficiency is low,the maintenance and backup rate is high,the maintenance capacity of the EMUs is tight,the maintenance resources are insufficient,and the maintenance and repairs are out of repair.Problems such as outstanding phenomena,this article focuses on the short-term and long-term EMU operation management and maintenance organization scale planning layout and process design in the railway hub as the starting point.From the perspective of planners and designers,combined with existing EMU equipment design related standards,specifications and experience According to the data,with reference to the analysis of mature foreign operation and maintenance management experience and advanced maintenance organization technology,the main reference indicators are the railway train operation diagram,the full train turnaround time and the daily train kilometer parameters.The focus is on the scale and distribution of EMUs in the hub.Undertake the overhaul workload of the EMU depot(station)and the measurement method of the overhaul facility scale.At the same time,it analyzes and studies the spatial layout,plane layout and overhaul process design of the EMU transportation base,mainly considering the layout of the high-level EMU repair workshop and the assembly line of the operation process.,Propose the layout and design plan of supporting facilities and equipment suitable for various repair schedules of domestic EMUs(stations).According to the planning and construction needs of the railway hub,referring to the technical platform supported by the 160km/h power centralized EMU and the current status of the domestic existing operation and maintenance resources,explore and propose a land layout method and process design scheme suitable for the power centralized EMU.Based on this,combined with the Nanjing Hub Railway Transportation Organization Mode,Operation Management Mode,Passenger and Freight Layout Mode and Main Problems in the Hub,combined with the Ninghuai Intercity Railway,the Yangtze River High-speed Railway and the adjacent high-speed passenger transport corridors,planning and designing the Nanjing Hub in the near future And the long-term passenger train operation plan,according to the demand trend of the whole road EMU production and the current status of the Nanjing hub EMU operation and maintenance facilities,comprehensively analyze the necessity of the construction of the Nanjing North EMU operation station,and give the overall layout and technology of the Nanjing North EMU Design.Research indicates:(1)Relying on the Nanjing North EMU project of the newly built Nanjing hub,research and calculations show that the theoretical calculation based on the calculation method of the train diagram is the most scientific and accurate.When the daily train-kilometer method is used for calculation,the average daily shape-kilometer index of the EMU in the hub When the common empirical calculation value is 2000 km,the number of EMUs used and the number of spare EMUs calculated by the daily vehicle kilometer measurement algorithm without considering the number of EMUs for maintenance is about 41% lower than the calculation result of the full turnaround time
