In recent years,with the transition of national energy structure to green and low carbon,new energy power generation industry developed quickly.The number of new energy stations(photovoltaic power stations and wind power stations)is increasing explosively.Most of these stations are located in remote areas,where traffic is inconvenient,the level of operation and maintenance management of the stations is not high,and the operation and maintenance personnel are generally inadequate.It brings challenges to the operation and maintenance management of new energy companies.This paper takes the operation and maintenance management of a centralized control center in Ningxia and its eight subordinate new energy stations as the research object,and makes a comprehensive analysis of the current situation of operation and maintenance management from the aspects of operation and maintenance organization system,operation and maintenance system and process management,operation and maintenance personnel technical level and risk prevention of operation and maintenance process.This paper studies a set of integrated system of operation and maintenance of new energy.Through coordinated operation and maintenance of centralized control center and new energy station,the problems of backward operation and maintenance management,shortage of operation and maintenance personnel,low operation and maintenance efficiency and slow emergency response of new energy station are solved.Firstly,based on the ITIL basic management model,the operation and maintenance management status of the new energy station is analyzed in detail from the aspects of its organizational structure,operation and maintenance management system,operationand maintenance process,operation and maintenance risk and so on.It is pointed out that there are some problems in the organization,such as unclear positioning,shortage of professional IT operation and maintenance personnel,imperfect operation and maintenance management system and process,lack of effective supervision in operation and maintenance process,the existence of security risk of operation and maintenance management.Secondly,according to the current situation of new energy management,this paper puts forward to corresponding optimization schemes,optimizing operation and maintenance management system and operation process,establishing two-level operation and maintenance organization structure,strengthening team cooperation between centralized control center and station,optimizing operation and maintenance training system to traincompound talents of operation and maintenance of station.The integrated operation and maintenance system is designed torealize the intellectualization of operation and maintenance process.The innovation of the research is that the centralized control center side of the new energy operation and maintenance system adopts big data design framework,which can collect the operation status and security risk of the IT assets of a large number of new energy stations,monitor the operation of the stations in real time,and use the big data analysis model to analyze the data,predict the life cycle of IT equipment and prevent the occurrence of operational accidents,which greatly enhances the system safety and stability of station system operation.Finally,through the implementation of the integrated system of new energy operation and maintenance in a centralized control center and eight subordinate new energy stations in Ningxia,the research results are evaluated by two sets of evaluation systems:comprehensive index evaluation and AHP.Applying the research results to the new energy station,it can reduce the operation and maintenance cost from the economic effect,improve the operation and maintenance management level from the management effect,and enhance the stability and security of the operation system from the operation effect.
